Email design involves creating visually appealing templates and strategically placing content to enhance engagement, drive conversions, and effectively communicate brand messages. At Jewlr, I regularly designed and built various types of emails for different marketing purposes, ranging from promotional mailers to transactional and workflow emails. Additionally, I served as the lead designer for the email and SMS subscription popups on Digioh and Attentive.

I took charge of designing automated and transactional emails, including the welcome series, cart abandonment reminders, and post-purchase workflows, among others.
Customers are enrolled in the welcome series workflow after making their first purchase or interacting with the welcome popups on the site. I provided the design for the welcome popups, which capture email and SMS information, and implemented them using platforms like Digioh and Attentive. Throughout the implementation process, I applied my basic knowledge of web languages.
Cart abandonment emails are sent to customers to encourage them to complete the purchase of items left in their cart, while purchase anniversary emails are triggered to celebrate their loyalty to the brand for a year and encourage re-purchasing.
